Updated List of Colleges and Universities with Smokefree Policies from the American Nonsmokers' Rights Foundation

The American Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation (ANRF) has recently updated its list of colleges and universities with smokefree policies. The list includes only those schools that have either smokefree residential housing or entirely smokefree campuses. As of July 3, 2007, schools in 23 states had gone entirely smokefree, and schools in 42 states had completely smokefree residential housing. In addition to its list of smokefree college and universities, ANRF also creates and maintains lists of tobacco-related ordinances and regulations. This national database of local laws may be a useful resource for tobacco control advocates and researchers. You can find ANRF’s database of smokefree lists, maps, and data by clicking here.
