CTPR was developed by the Center for College Health and Safety’s College Tobacco Prevention Initiative, a project of Health and Human Development Programs at Education Development Center, Inc., located in Newton, MA. CTPR favors a comprehensive approach to prevention that combines traditional education and cessation programs with efforts to create a physical, social, and policy environment that supports tobacco-free campuses.
